You Don’t Need A Lot of Time

I don’t know about you, but while I am staying at home during COVID-19, I am not always in the mood to do a long workout…even if I do have the time. Sometimes my mind is just not into it, and that’s okay.

Every workout doesn’t have to be 30, 45, 60+ minutes. You can easily get your muscles burning and your heart rate up with the right exercises and intensity put together for short periods of time.

So, whether I’m at home in my living room, in the backyard, in the bedroom, or at Renov8 Fitness, I like to always have quick bodyweight workouts in my back pocket.

What I’ve created for you today are four bodyweight workouts that are going to be total burners for either your upper body, lower body, core or cardio.

Because really, there’s no need to stress yourself with long workouts every single time you exercise.
