Meat vs Wheat: Who Wins the Health Game?

If you are looking to drop weight, lower your cholesterol, and prevent cancer, diabetes, and other chronic diseases, you may have been told to swap the red meat for broccoli.

There’s no denying that plant-based diets are nutrient-dense and anti-inflammatory. They’re also naturally low in cholesterol and calories, making them very appealing to those who are looking to drop a few pounds and improve their heart health.

But what about protein? Protein is arguably the most important macronutrient. It’s not only essential for muscle building, but also for most of the body’s life functions.

Fortunately, options like tofu, seitan, legumes, and quinoa pack a plant-based protein punch!

For a lifelong carnivore like us, a plant-based diet is not super appealing – not long-term anyway.

That said, we absolutely love going meat-free periodically to reset our body, lose a little weight, clear our skin, and boost our energy.

Plant-based nutrition is a great way to “detox” and get summertime ready!

That’s why we’re thrilled to announce our 30-Day Plant-Based Transformation program starting on June 14th!

If you’d love a good reset to kickstart your weight loss, improve your health, boost your mood, and increase your energy, join us in this 30-day program.
