Here’s What’s Really Hard

Coach Heather Binns here… If we accept that it’s hard to be fit and eat healthy sometimes, then let’s also accept a complementary fact: It’s harder being unhealthy, inactive, sick, and incapable of living your best life.

I mean, we all get to choose which path to take. They’re both difficult in their own ways. It’s up to you.

Me? I’ll take the path that lets me enjoy a better quality of life with greater physical and mental health… looking more like I want to look… and feeling better about myself every day rather than worse.

I love waking up in the morning with a smile on my face, the sun shining (yes, I’m a Cali girl), and ready to tackle the day!

I get immediate gratification from working out. I always feel stronger and more satisfied after every workout… that motivates me to attend the next workout 💪

I’m happier with every healthy choice I make in the kitchen or at a restaurant. I know that I’m building the life I want and that I’m treating my body the way it needs to be treated, so I can be healthy to see my grandkids grow up!

Conversely, I feel terrible if I sit on the couch all day and eat TV dinners, unhealthy snacks, and candy.

Right?

Are you with me?

YOU CAN BE. Let me show you how…

Just comment below and let’s chat 🙂

Nothing needs to change overnight…it’s the small steps that lead to the big goals.

We all have to make the choice between health and sickness at some point in our lives. I hope you choose the former. You deserve it ❤️
