Fit 50-Rep Challenge!

Are you ready for something that’ll boost your metabolism, get your blood flowing, and make you feel GREAT!?

We have a FREE CHALLENGE ready for you that is fun for ALL FITNESS LEVELS!

This challenge is all about building a fit and strong body! It starts this Monday for seven days.

THE CHALLENGE: Every day you’ll pick one exercise and do 50 repetitions of it 🙂 And if you miss a day, you have to do 10 extra the next day!

THE BEST PART: We will be going live each day for seven days to do our 50 reps, and you can join us if you like. Or, you can do them on your own at any time 🙂
