I’m So Sick of This

As if we don’t have enough stress in our lives from 2020, there’s one thing I’m seeing all the time online right now that’s really ruffling my feathers.

It’s this idea of food dogma.

Everyone seemingly has STRONG and unshakeable, yet highly judgmental positions…

Don’t eat fruit. It’ll make you fat.

Blue cheese dressing!? You might as well eat a Big Mac & fries.

Meat is horrible for you and unnatural for humans to consume.

But also…meat should be the basis of your whole diet.

Seriously…can we celebrate those who are making an effort toward changing their habits and living healthier rather than having arguments online about who’s right and who’s wrong!?

Because at the end of the day, there’s no perfect nutrition plan aside from the one that works for YOU that you can stick with long-term.

Simple as that.

It may take some time for you to find exactly what that is, but once you do, don’t let yourself get distracted by anything else.

If you need further support with finding what works for you, I’d love to meet 1-on-1 via Zoom ($120 value) and talk strategies specifically to you!  Click HERE to schedule a time for us to chat.

I’m here to help!
